It is a Happy New Year in the Palace of the Cameroon’s First Lady – Lady Chantal Biya who recieved former Miss Cameroon 2013 and Model Valerie Ayena.  The Mother of the Nation look’s coordinated with her royal blue and printed dress and matching royal blue hat.  Now isnt’s Valerie a lucky gal? Next step for her is to meet H.E. Monsieur Le President himself!  🙂
