There are some good people in this world after all. Who said that people can’t change for the better or do good deeds? Well at a Texas prison, some inmates have been hailed as hero’s for saving the life of a Corrections Officer. According to CNN, the Corrections Office passed out while chatting with one of the inmates in a minimum security holding room. In an instance like this, it takes a split second for an inmate to decide if he/she would want to attack the Correction Officer or try to take this opportunity to run for their dear lives out of the prison area! But not these ones chose to be the good Samaritans!
A camera that recorded the entire ordeal showed the inmates trying to shake the Officer to bring him back to life and in the midst of confusion they also tried to call for help from the other officers who came in time to call the ambulance and revived him back to life. Although no additional charges were held against the ‘heros’, the inmates will still be charged for their previous crimes. Kudos to these prison hero’s!
