Mswati III, born Makhosetive on April 19, 1968 is the famous King of Swaziland who took power in 1986 at 18-years-old after his father passed. He became youngest ruler in the world at the time of his Coronation. He was one of 210 children his father King Sobhuza II had with 70 wives.
Mswati III received his early education in Swaziland and was later sent abroad to Sherborne School in Dorset, England to continue his education. He later returned to take over his father’s position earlier than expected. He was normally supposed to officially be enthroned at age 21, but when power tussle begun, they were obliged to crown him at 18.
Almost every year, he chooses a new bride from among 20,000 naked bare-breasted virgins and is building a palac for each, NBCnews.com reports. According to several sources, he currently has 14 wives with his new wife reportedly younger than all of his children. She was born in 1998 and quit her studies abroad to marry the King Mswati III.
As reported by NBCnews.com in 1997 his net worth is estimated to be at approximately $200 million, however, in 2014 Wikipedia reported his net worth to be approximately $50 million.
