No matter how talented an artist is, the absence of a good manager would be compared to a car without fuel. Or should we say a good sound system without an amplifier? Which so ever you choose to use, you can relate. We have seen some artist’s careers either blossoming or dying down and most of this revolves around the managerial choice they made.
Some artists were struggling with their careers and wrong managers and the right one stepped in and turned the story around, and vice versa. It is very common to see artists choosing managers based on emotions and not considering the professional aspect of the choice. So what are the various things to consider before choosing a manager?
