2. Manager Must Be Visionary.
When it comes to vision, a manager has all it takes to elevate or lower the standards of an artist. Being visionary comes in two words: Negative and positive. You cannot risk it to bring in someone who doesn’t understand your Vision as an artist (negative). Rather, an artist requires a manager who can turn the tables around for his/her act.

If an artist’s vision is big and and they employ the services of a manager who can’t see the big picture, then you are heading for your doom. This will only lead to frustration and nothing more. If you have one who sees the big picture and can do (1.) then there is little to worry about.
