Thinking about visiting Cameroon? Great choice or is it? Well let me tell you, there is no trip to Cameroon without stopping in the South West! Call me biased. I love Limbe and the freshness surroinding it. Much to my dismay, I do think Limbe could be way better than it is. It has so much potential to become the most beautiful touristic town! Even with its limitations, Limbe is still highly visited by many as it is known for its beachy areas and lots of greenery. Seme Beach (as seen in the first photo above)…, located in Limbe is another spot that people visit when over there.  Just looking at the picture above, you would think that was taken at some resort in the Carribean! So check it out.
The next location that is said to be a really cool and mysterious place to visit is also located in the South West Region in a place called Bangem which is the capital of Kupe Muanenguba and its known as the twin lakes but officially called the Muanenguba Lakes. The stories surrounding these twin lakes are quite captivating, mysterious but very intruiging depending on whom you hear it from! I will save that for a separate post so keep checking back but just know that the local’s identify the Muanenguba lakes as  ‘male’ and ‘female’ and supposedly the female lake is open to the public for swimming and other fun activities! Don’t ask us about the male lake! Just go and have fun. đŸ™‚
Below is  another beautiful snapshot of the Kupe Muanenguba area. Read more about Bangem.
