Singer Ciara Gives Birth To A Healthy Baby Girl! See The Photo She Posted!

Singer Ciara and her husband welcome a cute baby girl and they called  her Sienna Princess Wilson! The singer who was known to take and show off tons of pictures of pregnancy pics and even did a rendition while heavily pregnant of Whitney Houston’s “I’m Every Woman”  song on the 5th anniversary of Whitney’s death back in February. Ciara confirmed the birth of Sienna via her Instagram page where she posted a photo taken by her husband of her at the beach with a message to her fans as seen below:
