Media personality and multiple award-winning event host, Steve Fonkam, has given his opinion about his fellow compatriot and former classmate rapper Stanley Enow. Fonkam, who was a guest on Hall of Fame with Darling Lyonga, said that the rapper who recently won the African Artist of the Year award at the Urban Music Awards in the UK, is one of the most talented entertainers Cameroon has ever produced, but he doesn’t believe the Motherland Empire singer is doing his career any potential good by being his own writer.
Fonkam went on to say that,
“I spoke with Martin Enow and told him that they should get Stanley a music writer, even if they choose to keep the writer anonymous, even if I don’t know why they should even prefer a ghost writer. Look at Rihanna’s “Lift Me Up”, it was written by Tems. Stanley can also do same”
Martin Enow is Stanley Enow’s older brother who ran the Motherland Empire record label as CEO and played a key role in his brothers career. Steve Fonkam is convinced that if the newly crowned Urban Music Award winner could get a writer, it will highly bolster his career and make him even more relevant.
