Understand that when food is still good, the aroma causes an upset amongst enzymes in the mouth, and when it gets sour, the reverse is true. What are we saying? Has well known Cameroonian comedian Senior Pastor Comedian had enough of the Cy International, an entertainer who calls himself a comedian although I beg to differ?
Well, since the end of the 80/20 comedy show in Buea organized by Cy International who also goes by ‘Cy Old Pancho’ and ‘Nyanga Dross’. If we’re not exaggerating, it seemingly looks like Senior Pastor has been making more rounds on social media than the show.
Senior Pastor revealed that he hasn’t been part of the comedy WhatsApp group for a long time because he doesn’t like the energy therein. According to the comedian, he has been receiving death threats recently, and therefore, he decided to come out and explain himself on a Facebook live session.
His rift with CY Old Pancho seems to be widening as days go by. According to him, CY wants to have an opinion about everything and isn’t okay with the fact that other people could also have their own opinions.
He also mentioned that he turned down a 100,000 FCFA (approximately $200) pay from CY as that was what CY had proposed to pay him to perform in Buea. It’s obvious that he was willing to attend but the pay wasn’t good enough.
What provoked Senior Pastor Comedian’s live session?
He revealed that CY cropped part of what he gave as his own opinion about the show, to a whatsapp group he wasn’t part of it and it was putting him in a lot of trouble. Meanwhile, we’re still to hear Old Pancho’s aka Nyanga Dross say something regarding this issue
In Wax Dey’s voice, these people have their unending battles to fight but keep advising musicians to level up. Meanwhile, those old people are there fighting over author’s rights.
An average Cameroonian consumes at least 30 ounces of ‘vawulence’ daily and Senior Pastor Comedian has been firing at all cylinders with a 1000 ounces of them!
