For those of you who follow our Social Media Account, a few weeks ago we posted on our Instagram page a video at (see below) of Cameroonian Media Personality and Host of the “dD Talks” Show, Diane Diaga who is the only African to make top EIGHT out of 17,000 contestants (and 1 million plus votes) who entered their names for the #FindingAshleyStewart competition for the search of the next Brand Ambassador and Face of Ashley Stewart for 2018-2019. The video shows her dancing during one of her voting gatherings at an Ashley Stewart store to get more supporters to vote for her to make the top 8.

Fast forward, today Diane was seen arriving in NY in preparation for the 2nd Annual Finding Ashley Stewart competition. She was rocking and showing off her #IAMAshley T-shirt and denims looking all radiant and ready for the world.

The event which takes place on September 15th, 2018 at the historical King’s Theatre in Brooklyn, NY will be hosted by Loni Love and will have performances by multi-award winning R&B group SWV, hip-hop artists MC Lyte and Naughty By Nature as well as calypso queen Denise Belfon.
It is important to note that Diane is the only African taking part in this competition and she is representing Cameroon. When we asked her how she felt about this, she said she was very excited and felt very blessed about this opportunity and she knows that this is just the beginning of many more great things to happen.
