Namibia Appoints Youngest Member Of Parliament

23 year old Namibian, Emma Theofilus, has been appointed as Deputy Minister of Communication and Information Technology, which makes her the youngest African minister. She holds an LLB degree from the University of Namibia and a diploma in African Feminism and Gender Studies from the University of South Africa.
