Being a talented young lady growing in an industry like Cameroon, is extremely difficult as the quest to be heard, can make you adopt trendy vibes which do not necessarily fit with your style. Many have lost it trying to attack on All fronts. Over the years, artists like Daphne Njie have stood out with their style which worked for them. It is their unique style that they have been known for.
An artist like Ewube started excitingly as as a dance hall artist and was good at it, she switched her style along the way and is suffering from that effect as she is still struggling to convince her audience to vibe to her new style. It might not have been a genre celebrated by many at the time but she didn’t see the future. she didn’t understand the demand of her audience.
