Nollywood Actor Mr Ibu Dead At 62

Multitalented Nigerian actor John Okafor popularly Mr. Ibu has been confirmed dead after several months of battling with illness.

Mr. Ibu who passed on, on March 02, 2024 was born on October 17, 1961 in Nigeria. He  featured in over 200 Nigerian movies.

The popularly actor succumbed to an illness that saw his leg amputated in 2023, before eventually dying months later in 2024.

Mr. Ibu who officialy remarried in 2015 to Stella Maris Okafor, had three legal children at the time of his passing. 

The actor died at 62, and it’s reported that he had sold almost all his properties before taking his last breath.
