The HotJem media outlet wins as Best Online Magazine at the 4th annual Bonteh Digital Media Awards. Although The HotJem’s Editor-in-Chief, Mbole Ekaney, has won twice as Best Blogger at two other award shows this is the first award won for The HotJem as a media outlet.
We caught up with The HotJem’s Editor-in-Chief, Mbole Ekaney, to ask how she felt about the win and here is what she has to say:
“A HUGE thank you to all those who voted for us, up until the very last minute before voting closed, so we could win. We saw the snapshots you were sending to us via email to show us the support you have for our platform. We are forever grateful. Thanks to those who couldn’t vote but wanted to. TheHotJem team is grateful for your continuous support and for wanting us to bring home the trophy as Best Online Magazine last night at the Bonteh Digital Media Awards.
