Ruth Gottesman Donates $1 Billion To A Us Medical School

Ruth Gottesman, wife of late billionaire who died at 96, in 2022, has donated $1 billion to the Albert Einstein college of Medicine on the Bronx Monday.
Gottesman 93, is a former professor at the school who studied learning disabilities and created adult literacy Program. She’s the chair of the board of Trustees for the college.
Her husband, David Gottesman, died at 96 in 2022. He was a friend of Warren Buffet for six decades and his early investments in. Berkshire Hathaway Inc. gave him a networth of $3 billion as of mid-2022 as reported by Bloomberg Billionaires Index
This donation by David’s wife, is considered the largest donation ever done to a US Medical school according to a statement by the college. The donation shall cover tuition for many future students.
