Actress Keke Palmers celebrated her very first Mothers Day yesterday as it was Mothers Day in
the US and she looks amazing.
In a recent interview, Palmers shared that she now see’s why many mothers always include the statement “I’m a mother” every time you talk to a woman with a child and now that she has one of her own, she understand as she finds herself always saying “I’m a mother” in everything she says as an excuse to get away with not doing things like not going out or turning down invitations to go somewhere if she didn’t feel like it or not staying out late with friends etc.
“You know ‘I’m a mother’ so I can’t stay out late!” In other words, milking the excuses and getting away
with not doing things in the name of being a mom! Look, we are not judging. Parenting is a ton of work and if using the phrase “I’m a mother so I can’t…” to avoid going out to events or meeting up with friends and sometimes family, because you are a mom, it’s okay! We won’t tell anyone. Your secret is safe with us.
