Seattle Sounders Beloved Striker Says Farewell With An Emotional Message

Nigerian footballer Obafemi Martins who also played for the Seattle Sounders in the US bids his former team mates farewell before continuing his career on a new team. The footballer received a better deal from Shanghai Shenhua of China which he will reportedly earn N20 million per year. The salary is more than double of what he was earning in the US and he took the deal.

He thanks Seattle for everything, the love and support, the memories that will last a life time and his coaches for always believing in him. He takes the change of team as a new challenge and he appreciates what they did for him. He will be missed.
